Starting All Over AGAIN.

  • I was on here and lost more than 80lbs. I was finally under the 200lb. mark after more than 20 years of being above 200.

We had a death in the family and I lost my house in Foreclosure and I literally fell apart. I got lazy and was feeling sorry for myself. I have gained it all back plus. ( I had several attempts to get back on but just did not have the willpower)

So, here I am. Starting again. I am not even getting on the scale until I know I have lost some of this unneeded weight. I feel like it's the only thing I can really control in my life and to get some kind of life back to feel good about myself.

I am open to and desire any encouragement.

Thank you for being here! To all of our successes!!!
  • Well, step one is forgiving yourself. What's done is done. You can't go back no matter how many times you think about it. Dwelling on the past won't help your today.

You're already doing what's best for you by starting a new journey to a healthier you. Congratulations! How many people don't even try?

Good luck with your journey! You can do this!
  • Hi there! I am in the same boat, lost and gained again, but I'm back at it. After just half a week of eating healthy and getting daily exercise I feel so much more alert, energetic, and pleasant. You will see great benefits again right from the start. The first couple days were difficult because I was hungry, but now I am back to eating lower calorie and much lower carb percentage and I feel so much better. Just jump right in. You've done it before, and you can do it again!
  • That's right, you've made the greatest step - making the decision to start again. Focus on little goals everyday, and you'll soon be back on the road to weight loss.
  • Welcome back
