That's awesome that you quit smoking!!! That is a huge hurdle by itself, so big kudos to you!!
Definitely keep up with your exercise! Always remember that any exercise is better than no exercise, so always be happy with the exercise you complete =) Are you following any type of diet plan with it? I currently do weight watchers, and have had great success with it so far (I've lost just over 6 lbs in 15 days, just by changing my diet and I've added about 3-5 30 minutes walks/workouts). I know with kids, sometimes a structured plan isn't always optimal, so maybe just choosing healthier options, like lean proteins and fresh veggies, would work out, too ^_^
