    Hey this looks like a friendly place. And I need friends lol.

    Short story is this. Lost 70 pounds about 7 years ago. Got married and inbetween now and then, I've gained 80-90. I'm out of shape. Hurting. And have lost quality of life.

    I'm tired of it and I want to change. So boom. I'm here and today I start it all over again. I'm 31 so I wanna make sure my next 50 years are solid
