My name is Jazmine and I'm starting the Ideal Protein Diet today. I ended up here after looking for more information on it and it seemed like a great support site for weight loss and had a lot of information to offer.
My weight has fluctuated over the last few years, I started college at 163 lbs, got up to 204 at graduation, I lost 35 and go down to about 170 but between marriage, my husband getting stationed overseas and a bunch of other excuse I'm back up to 193 and I want to get myself to a healthier place. Hopefully this time sticks!
