Hello ladies,
I'm sort of new here. I've been lurking the forums for about a month and a half, since I started, so I'm quite acquainted with most of the active posters. I'm a terrible poster, though, and will most likely keep lurking for the better part of my stay here.
So... Basically I'm not following any specific diet, just cutting down on portion sizes, skipping pretty much all alcohol and exercising daily (3 days resistance training and 4 days cardio) and it appears to be working quite well. Oh, and I'm allowing myself to eat out once a week, should I want to. There wasn't any specific reason for starting, I didn't even realize how close I was to 300 before I stepped on the scales after my first day of this. I think my real reason may be less than noble; I think I'm only doing this to look good (screw health, right?).
Also, yay for more men!
