Default Hi! New here!

Hello !
I am new here. Going to my Ideal Protein orientation tomorrow. I have tinkered with removing weight, and had minor success previously, but have never really made a big dent in the amount of weight I need to remove and it was not sustainable (resulting in gaining it back). I am SCARED about the road ahead of me, fears of hunger pains, grumpiness (I generally get "Hangry" (hunger --> angry) and other side effects, but am hopeful that it will start me off on a road to better health.

hello there and welcome ! i was never on IP myself but i have been on a few meal replacement programs like it ..the first week is rough but after that it gets much easier..you wont even feel hungry anymore after that

Hi! I am new as well. I started IP on Monday and have looked through and posted on a couple of other threads. I love this site! Good luck to everyone. I am excited to start on this journey together. I will try to figure out how the posting works. It's a bit confusing right now.

Hi hangry, I gave up for many years dieting, because every time I did I gained more weight , so got so scared of dieting I wouldn't even think of it. May I say from your picture that you look pretty good .

I have been drinking the chocolate drink each morning and tried it cold and warm. Didn't particularly like it, didn't hate it....but hoped i would get used to it. This morning i tried the mocha frappuccino recipe using the chocolate drink mix and i really like it! This will help a lot!

Started this morning. Choked down a orange drink. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't too great.

Hi sarita! I am day 4 and have had to choke down the pre-mixed mango drink. However, today it didn't seem so bad. I think you start to get used to the textures and flavors of foods the longer you are on the plan. Good luck to you.

Hi All!! I am on day 3.. and the soups are HORRIBLE!!! but it isn't so bad.. day 2 I had bad headaches but today wasn't so bad.. I find that I have a lot of energy.. I hope yall are doing good and I look forward to hearing about your success!!! Good Luck to all of you
