Woops I think i made a mistake
 

Need to ask before I go into a big introduction. ... are guys allowed here or is it a purely Female site?

OK forget what I just said I have found the mens corner! woo hoo.

well I am from Ireland But living in Scotland .

I have always been big. BUt over the last 4 months ( of unemployment ) I have gone from 22 st to 25st and starting to get worried.

Im coming up for 32 years of age and have an amazing wife and 2 young children.

Why am I here? well Although I am determined this time i need a bit of help.

So here i am 350lb of Irish man. Ive just done my shopping and adapted it for this healthy eating. Ive just joined the Gym ( today) I have 4 weeks until I start my new job and want to make the most of the time I have to build my fitness burn some cal and tone a little. ( in fact any toneing would be a start)
