Default New today! So glad I found this forum
I tried WW many times in the past I'm not at my highest weight (243) ever and am 55 years old with a 2 1/2 year old to chase at the pool this summer. I need to lose!! I will be checking in daily. Currently figuring out the new points plus system with greek yogurt and coffee creamers. I love Coffee Mate or International Delight Hazelnut creamers but it eats up about 6 points before I even get to work!! Looking forward to this supports being a help for me!
