I have been overweight practically my whole life. I am not an emotional eater, I am just a sucker for bad, good tasting food. I don't eat because I'm hungry, upset or any of the usual reasons. I just love bad food.

I have labelled myself a right here and right now person because I don't plan, which I think is my biggest downfall. Everything I do is for instant gratifaction (eating) instead of long term. I guess I need to try and train my brain to work differently.
I'm hoping with the support of all you wonderful ladies I can make a permanent change!
