Default New here looking to lose weight and meet new people!!!!

Hi I'm Chris from sunny Scotland and quite a bit overweight at 320 pounds. I have finally realized I need some moral support etc to lose the weight. I enjoy exercise however I just eat too much rubbish!. Am very lazy and just buy ready meals and eat cookies etc all the time. Looking for some help in getting the right sort of food into my body! Everyone feel free to add me as a friend and see if we can all meet our goals!!!1

Hi Chris! Is it bad that as soon as I saw you were from Scotland that I read the rest of your post in an accent ?
Anyways, welcome!!! I too do just fine with exercising, but have a hard time regulating what goes in my mouth. I hope you find something that works for you! Do you have any "plan" for how you're going to lose it?

Hi Chris! Welcome
If you're a sucker for ready meals (I am too) get ones with lower calories, you can still be lazy then and have reduced calories in which will help those lbs drop off! Eventually you'll get bored and start making though, that's what happened to me anyway! Good luck

Hi Chris I am new to this web site also. So far for me the most helpful thing is that I see a little of myself in all posts I have read. I don't feel like I am the only one. Something that helps me a little when I have a craving is to wait it out - keep telling myself no. Can't say I am 100% successful but I feel good when I am.
