You don't have to join the gym. I don't go, instead I walk, jog or run outside. There is also the option to exercise to videos at home or buy a 2nd-hand exercise machine

A good place is to start is the kitchen and to see what foods you can change for healthier options. You can also check the forum for a diet plan (Weight Watcher, Atkins, South Beach) and see what works for you

You'll be fine! We all believe in you

I say don't join a gym if you're not comfortable going to a gym. So many ladies have admitted to paying a monthly gym fee and never going. That doesn't help your weight loss or your wallet!

I just started zumba classes on mondays and wednesdays. The other 3 days of the week I walk 2 miles and usually do some other exercise as well. I enjoy this because I can do it at my time, and I don't make excuses to not go to the gym.

I know you can do it!! Just create a good food plan (sounds like you've got one with WW) and an exercise regiment and you'll get there.

Hey, welcome!

I don't have the £££s or confidence to join a gym yet, but I'm not ruling it out! Walking every day to start off with, and taking sugar out of my drinks worked as a starting point. You don't have to do everything at once if it gets overwhelming!

I wish you the best of luck, and hope you find 3FC as helpful as I have!
