I don't follow a specific diet plan. I've cut out a lot of my carbs (I still have 2 slices of bread a day, though I changed to rye bread) and sugars and replaced them with fruit and vegetables. I also exercise 3-5 times a week. I only do 30 minutes at a time with a combination of walking, jogging and running. I used to play soccer so I enjoy running around
