One month on Ideal Protein and its everything they said it would be! Down 20lbs and got my first two compliments today! I feel great & am one size down!! Start weight 188 and today 168!! Inches are all coming off in the right places! Florida in may and hope to be on maintenance by then..expensive but I guess it's worth this great feeling!
