This is actually my third attempt and a healthy lifestyle. My first time went extremely well, I went from 230 lbs. to 145 lbs. in a mere nine months but I gained 12 pounds sadly a year later but I'm back to 150...only 5 pounds away form 145 lbs. My goal weight is 110 lbs. It's always been my goal. Hopefully this time I stick to my diet and exercise plan.
Instead of thinking that you sadly gained 12 lbs, I'd applaud you for only gaining 12 lbs! So many people lose the weight and then regain it all. You didn't! I'm sure you'll be at 110 in no time!
Btw, we're the same height and with the same SW, lol
