Hi i'm new here and just wanted to say hello. I never know what else to write with these things lol. A few years ago i lost 60 lbs and slowly gained it back when i went back to school. So now i'm trying to lose it again and so far i've only lost 20lbs. My goal is to lose at least 100lbs so i hope some much needed tips and advice to help me reach my goal.
