I would recommend you find a plan that you can live with for life and go ahead and make lifestyle changes that you can live with. If you do this, you will not be on the weight loss roller coaster for life. Yes, you will have times of weight gain, but make up your mind to only gain ___ pounds and then get back to eating the way you know works for you. Also, drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water each day and find an exercise that you enjoy doing and start moving. It is wonderful if you start small and work up to challenging yourself.
