Hi all. I will be starting South Beach tomorrow. My husband is doing this with me so I hope it will help. We went shopping last night...sure is expensive to eat healthy! I will weigh in tomorrow but I weigh right around 174 at 5'4" tall...way too much.
Congratulations on joining this awesome forum. Its wonderful that you and your husband are getting healthy together. That helps so much (hard to see the hands off food with someone else in the family eating it) I wish you all the luck to get where you want to!
