Hi!
I just dropped back in for the first time since 2006!! Still at about the same weight as then so haven't gained but haven't lost either.
I am 42 and would LOVE to just get healthier and feel comfortable in my skin again. I got motivated over the New Year, like most and re-bought me some hand weights, an ab-rocker (I had one for years and LOVE it when I DO use it, then finally sent it to Goodwill when we moved last summer) and some new exercise videos. We also have a Bowflex (can't praise that enough, IF used! LOL) but neither me nor hubby can stay with it for very long. I exercised faithfully and tried cooking healthier for the family for about 2 weeks, now nothing. :-( I just cannot stay motivated so coming back here to see if I can get some support.
