My name is Rachelle. I am from MN and DH and I will be TTC in May and I need to lose at least 10% of my body fat. 2 weeks ago I was 250lbs today I weight myself and it was 240lbs. So 10lbs is a start

. 25lbs in my mini goal right now, but I will make another 25lbs goal after that one is achieved, unless I am pregnant then I will not be actively trying to lose weight, but stay in shape. My full goal is to be at 150lbs. I know the BMI says I would still be "overweight", but I'd say 100lb weight loss is pretty damn good
