I'm new to this forum, I have read a lot of motivational stories on this forum, it seems like a GREAT place. I have been going to crossfit for 5 months and love it. The weight is coming off slow, but the inches are changing quickly. I am thinking about really focusing on nutrition more. Have any of you tried "The Zone", and if so, can it be a lifestyle change?
For anyone thinking about starting The Zone- oh my gosh!!! Amazing results. I have been on a strict 16 block zone diet (if you want more information about the zone, sent me a message- I'll send you some links on how to get started on the zone. Since starting Friday, Jan 25th I have lost 8 pounds. CRAZY!!! I was losing about 2 pounds per month with crossfit alone. I'm sure the weight loss will slow down after the first few weeks, but it works!!! And I AM NOT STARVING ALL THE TIME!!
