I was surfing around about diets and dieting and I found this beautiful forum!
To summarize my story is not easy, but I'll try.
I am 30 years old and I have been fighting against my weight since I was a child. Lots and lots of up and down. When I was 23 years old I reached my maximum weight... something around 317 lb!!! No need to tell u my pityfull emotional state. I felt horribly.
But then something was triggered inside me and I don't know even how... but diet after diet, day after day, and through years of re-education I was able to reach 171 lb in summer 2011.
I also have had two surgeries for loose skin: tummy tuck and arm lift.
But now... I have let it go a bit beyond control and I am 194 lb again!
I definitely want to loose what I have regained and possibly go a bit further.
That's why I think the support of this forum can be great!
What else?
I am Italian and moved in London just a few months ago to completely start a new life. So apologies for my English!!!!
Welcome! Although I'm mostly a lurker, I have found great motivation in the stories and people of this forum. Hopefully it does the same for you I am 29 and had a tummy tuck after I had my daughter. So now I gain weight everywhere BUT my tummy... My hips and thighs dont appreciate that at all. Anyway, welcome and good luck on your journey
