Hello World! I am new to this...

I signed up a few months back and couldn't figure out how to navigate the site. Well i am back, no smarter about the site but determined to lose weight and need motivation/help/direction. i have chosen Atkins as my diet/lifestyle change and I am ready to take on my challenge!

Welcome! My parents did Atkins and had great results. My father took off 100lbs in under 12 months, but he stayed in the induction phase longer than advised. I am new to it too and starting off trying ViSalus.
