Sick of the tire

  • OK... I am committed. I was thin through wedding at 30 then 2 kids and a husband that I should toss and I am now about 50 lbs over. I lost it once when I was on the verge of divorce. Kept him and found the weight. No correlation there, I know!! Anyway, I am back at it. At 53 I hate to work out but I can eat better and try to live clean. So 3FC thanks for being here for me. Now I need to show up. Zero point soup here I come.

    Sometimes it is 1 day at time some time it is 1 hour and sometime it is 1 minute at a time.
    Find what works for you and then just do it.
    I am not a person that likes to write everything down , this works for me!
    Some journal everything that goes in their mouth that works for them.
    I believe if you have a goal and are truly committed to it .. if it is something you want you will achieve it !
    Trick is you need to visualize what it is you want and devise a plan how you are going to get there.
    Some people are very elaborate plans on how to attack it I am a seat of your pants kind of person.
    I use IP and it works for me

    Thanks for the help. I am a "by the seat of your pants" person too so I was wondering how disciplined I need to be about jorunaling and counting. Thanks for the help.
