Well, I had a devastating event and couldn't eat, changed it to a crash diet in August, started at 212 and went down to 156.8 in December. Started to get sick, hair thinning, went off my diet and ate starting on December 10th. Gained weight not sure how much, had another devastating event (can't get away from the bad luck cloud I got can I? ), stopped eating due to stress. Just Weighed myself, ended up weighing a pound less than when I stopped my diet.
Now I am starting over, I joined WW on Saturday, but the program wasn't explained to me at all, I was just asked to pay $14 and then was handed a folder but that's ok, I got the reading materials. I got frustrated and ended up buying 3 six packs of slim fast ready to drink bottles. Anyway, I am now focusing on the ww diet starting today. I weighed myself and it looks like I am around 153.6 which isn't too bad! Seems I am getting closer to my goal of 120 lb. I am focused this time I just got to get rid of the stress I am under. Easier said than done.



We might not be a WW meeting as far as support is concerned but 3FC will help you anyway we can. It's a great site for motivation and help and having weightloss goals in common. I hope you post often!
