I've been lurking for a few days now and figured since today was my weigh-in I'd go ahead and get started.
I'm now closer to 50 than I am 40 and its getting harder and harder to shed even a few pounds so I figured I better buckle down and get serious about my health. I'm trying to eat healthier, more balanced meals and counting every calorie. I'm hoping to find a few supportive friends and I plan to post daily, good or bad, for the accountability.
