Firstly I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year!
So, with the new year now with us I have made that same resolution to lose the weight by summer. As you can see I haven't posted in a while, mainly due to embarrassment!
I'm a comfort eating fiend and 2012 gave more plenty of reasons to reach for the junk snacks.
I'm 5'10, 14st 9lb's currently
My set target is to lose 20 pounds in 17 weeks.
One day in 2013 I hope to say I am between 12st and 12st 5lbs.
I'm going to do this by simply eating 3 healthy balanced meals a day, cutting out the unhealthy snacks etc, leaving 4-5 hours in between my meals, lowering my carb intake, drinking plenty of water and increasing my exercise intake!
Now as 'easy' as that sounds, I'm sure there is a few of you out there that know just how hard it is to stick to this.. especially when you live with feeders!
I'd love to hear all your targets and if someone has similar targets in mind to get in touch! I need a weight loss buddy.. someone to motivate me and visa versa.
