I haven't always been big, I used to do a ton of sport and eat anything I wanted. Then I got a job in an office and sat at a desk all day grazing away the weight crept on. I had resigned myself to being this size. The thought of losing the 100 odd pounds to get to a healthy bmi weight just seems impossible- but then I stumbled upon this forum. I've been reading the success stories and seeing you all working away and it and realised that it is achievable if I work at it. So I've decided to try, to not just accept my weight. I want to be able to run without my heart beating out of my chest!I want to be able to go shopping for a few hours and not have sore knees after. I want my life back
