So I'm new here and just starting out. Today is Day 3 and starting off, it's not nearly as bad as Day 2. I've struggled with headaches, but that's nothing new. I really need to lose weight because I have Type II Diabetes, and I just don't want to be this heavy anymore. I have so many different things I want to do in life, but my weight has kept me from having the confidence to do the things I know I'm capable of. Currently, I'm at 255 lbs. My goal is 175. After I get there, I may decide to lose a few extra pounds, but my lean body mass is 141, so I know I need a little more weight than 141 to actually function as a human. I haven't really told anyone about the diet, but I'm more than sure I will need support from others. I think I'm waiting to lose the first 10-15 pounds before I tell anyone. I'm also trying to figure out how I'm going to do this as a middle school teacher. My days are pretty crazy, so I am still trying to figure out how this is going to work out during school. Any help, suggestions, etc will be appreciated.
Hello, This is only day 2 for me. I wanted to tell you that you encouraged me as day 3 will most likely get better.
