I have just joined this forum and I am looking for a weight loss buddy, someone that has similar goals. I have trouble with staying on track because I am easily discourage I feel I will never lose the weight. As of today I am 279 pounds, I would like to lose about 100 pounds, and I want an online weight loss buddy,
Hi there, I have been where you are and even higher. A long time later but I'm headed down. You can do it too. Jump in and meet everyone, they are all very supportive and want the same thing, to be fit, thin and healthy. My advice is to not give up and to come here when you might feel weak.
I would be happy to cheer you on but maybe you want a buddy who has similar goals, I don't know. A bit about me, I am calorie counting and motivated but not very motivated to exercise. I usually walk about 40-90 mins/day but that is it. If you think you would like to chat I am open to it but if you want a buddy who is more similar (not sure what your plan is) that is cool.
