Just joined yesterday, needs some inspiration with the holiday eating already gained 5 lbs since Thanksgiving, also need to lose about 50lbs so adding to the weight loss dilemma is not helping. Anyone here have some successful suggestions to avoid the holiday weight gain?
I have handled the Thanksgiving and Christmas eating by simply not doing it and sticking to my plan of eating healthfully... with lots of fresh fruits and veggies and avoiding most processed foods. All the holiday pigging out is just not worth it... a few minutes of eating it equals a LONG time of wearing it, so I just don't do it.
