I don't know what diet plans you're contemplating but I'm having success counting calories. It allows me to eat what I want, as long as I stick within my daily goal. Since I work at a public school in Korea where my lunches are provided it was really the only thing that would work for my situation! For the most part everything is healthy, though it does allow me to have a treat every once in awhile, as long as it's within my limit, so I don't go crazy when I'm craving some chocolate!!

Another bonus is it doesn't cost you any additional money, just a bit of time as you have to log everything you eat.

Hi all ... My name is Meela....Getting married in three months..ordered a dress too small...well thats kinda not accurate...it fit perfect on the day...i was so excited about getting my dress that i celebrated with lots of yummies...that was three months ago... today i finally stopped...trying Weight Watchers myself now

by writing on this forum am i actually losing weight ?? wish so

mini goal...2lbs by next wednesday....dieting at holidays is so hard to face
