Question I don't even know where to start

Help please! I'm new to the forum and feeling overwhelmed by it's size. I'm not new to diets, but I've never been able to lose without gaining it all back times 2. I currently weigh 269 pounds. I lost 15 pounds in a year and now I've started the climb back up. I've tried just being careful with portions and counting calories. I've tried Atkins (the most succesful) and I've tried meal replacements. I don't even know where to go from here. Someone, anyone, please give me some advice?

Real weight loss involves a lifestyle change, not a diet. This forum is a great place to learn about things you can incorporate into your every day lifestyle- including a healthier style of eating, exercise that you can stick to, etc.

Good luck, and welcome!

Welcome! I know it's hard to keep the weight away.
