The trackers come after so many days and so many posts (used to be 20? I think?). They are great motivators in themselves.

How did I do it? Just limiting my calories to about 1,200 a day and drinking loads of water to fill me up when i'm peckish.
I'm amazed I've lost so much already to be honest

but I'm really scared that I'm going to hit a plateau soon
