Wow, looks like you've already made considerable - 50 lbs! - progress.
How did you do it? Good luck on the rest of the journey!

The trackers come after so many days and so many posts (used to be 20? I think?). They are great motivators in themselves.

After 20 days and 20 posts you will be able to add a tracker through your User CP (top left of page) and Edit Signature, and follow the instructions there.

How did I do it? Just limiting my calories to about 1,200 a day and drinking loads of water to fill me up when i'm peckish.

I'm amazed I've lost so much already to be honest but I'm really scared that I'm going to hit a plateau soon

No, I haven't started any particular exercise yet I'm really just not a sporty person; however, I might start taking the puppy for longer walks once I get to 200 lbs (hopefully by after Christmas!)

What type of exercises do you do?

I'm not sporty either... In fact, there are not too many more things I despise more than sports LOL I have a Tread Climber at home and have been walking on that an hour a night. If the weather cooperates, I take my dog on a hike. Walking in some form has been my exercise of choice lately. I just put my music on and walk for about 13-15 songs; for some reason counting out songs is better for me mentally. Looking at a clock just makes time go by slower. Do you have a pedometer? If not, I highly recommend getting one. You can get one online for a few bucks. They're great to track your progress. And you can set goals on them, like a goal of taking a certain amount of steps per day or walking a certain number of miles per week. I keep track of all my workouts and when I feel like slacking off, I'll look at them and see how far I've come since starting and it kinda motivates me to keep going.
