Hi, I've lurked here off and on but decided to register today
I have about 100 pounds to lose (gulp). I'm only about 5'4" almost and weighed in at 240 last Friday morning. I quite smoking 4 years ago and the weight has been creeping steadily up since then.
I am eating about 1200 calories a day with one day a week to "blow" meaning have pizza or hot wings, etc., I have decided Sundays can be that day since I go to church and socialize a lot on Sundays with a lot of exposure to fatty food
My friends son was playing with my Droid a few weeks ago and took a pic of me on it from the side. I came across it last Thursday and didn't recognize the fat lady with all the back fat rolls
So that was it! This week has been good, I did have 1700 cals on Sunday (church Christmas dinner!!) but not bad. I weigh every Friday so tomorrow I will see the result of a week of healthy eating. Yikes!
