Hey everyone,
I've never been part of a weight loss community, but I have had pretty big success in the past. Two years ago this month I lost about 60 pounds in 3 months through using an online calorie tracker and doing 30-40 minutes of cardio every morning at 5 AM.
Since then it's been a two year plateau between 210-220. Oddly, I've been eating like a pig and the weight won't come back (or maybe it feels that way because my stomach can't hold as much anymore). Anyway I want to finish this.
I'm considering doing a 3-5 day water fast because I've done 24 hour fasts and it just feels good (I feel euphoric and energetic). However, I literally have no self-control without either results or encouragement (and I have no real life friends) so I need you!
