I've tried a couple of different eating plans. One is called Eat,Stop,Eat which I lost about 10 pounds on and then stopped after my trainer jumped all over me for using.
The second was the plan she recommended which is the personaltrainerfood(.com) They send you prepackaged frozen meals (a months worth at a time). It's basically a low carb eating plan and the food is convenient and pretty tasty.
But I have a really hard time doing such a low carb plan for very long. I CRAVE bread.
I can usually stick to the plan for a month then bam I'm eating toast and it's all downhill from there.
