I'm new, just stumbled across this site today via the
Picky Eating Adults website. Picky eating
is one of the reasons my weight has been a problem for many years.
Yo-yo dieting has been another, as is a disinclination towards exercise (though once I get going it's easier to continue).
Hypothyroidism, PCOS with insulin resistance, a hysterectomy 2 years ago and a hernia surgery in June of this year, leaving me tired and with the midlife changes we ladies go through, have also done their dirty work.
But I'm starting in again. And I see listed some groups that I am eager to join.
I had some success with Martha Beck's 4-Day Win book in 2007, and I'm going to be positive and start making little changes that will lead to better lifestyle and, the Good Lord willing, WEIGHT LOSS.
