Hello everyone.
I am not new here, really, but I am back after a big weight loss and several years of maintenance. I am ready to have my second baby mentally, but physically I feel like I should be in better shape first. (Pregnancy and the stupid idea of giving out christmas cookies as gifts last year have left me heavier than I'd like.)
It may be hard for me to remember how to actually be successful at this whole weight loss thing so I'm hoping you guys can help me out!
