Hi my name is Laurel. About 5 years ago I lost 65 pounds. During the last two years I've gradually started gaining the weight back. The worst was last year, when I quit smoking, and gained another 16 lbs. So now I have gained a total of 26 pounds since I hit my goal weight. I excercise and excercise but just keep eating way too much! I'm hoping this support group will help motivate me and keep me focused.

Welcome, Laurel! This site will definitely motivate you and keep you focused! Since you don't have much to lose, have you checked out the Featherweights section? Also, have a peek at the Challenges section; lots of neat little challenges there and they've really kept me focused on my goal. This is the longest I've ever been committed to losing weight and a huge reason for that are the girls here are just so supportive and motivating! Hope to see you in one of the threads!
