Today is my first day on this site and I'm hoping to find support here.
2 months ago, I quit smoking. At 254lbs, I was scared to death that I would gain even MORE weight while quitting. Instead, I decided to eat non-stop, but use my fitness pal to track my calories and exercise.
I now ride a stationary bike for 60 minutes a day and eat nearly non-stop (healthy foods). I have never heard of anyone doing it this way, but it makes sense to me.
I've lost 9 lbs in about 1 month. And have gone from a size 22 to 18.
I'm excited right now.
