Default Hey New Here!

So I have lost about 45 pounds over the past year.. so excited to be under 250 I really want to be under 200 in a year and then go to at least 175 in two years or less. I started to not eat much at all after my second kid 16 years ago and about three years ago realized I was eating under 1000 calories a day therefore starving myself and losing muscle and all the while over weight. I finally started eating..and guess what lost weight! So i will not go on a hugely restrictive diet now but I do need support somehow to keep eating.. and exercise walking is what i need to add I do not like to walk alone . I just want to make my goals add some strength training and walking but have no one to walk with.
I have four kids (five pregnancies in five and half years) I lost weight when I was pregnant and breast feeding but I do not want to take that HCG stuff because mentally I cannot go back to that place of restrictive eating I swear it was like i had an eating disorder even though I was over weight. Idk if i will ever get back to the 135 girl i once was but I do want to get under 200 and lose this stomach that has been hanging since the birth of my third kid! Any plans that make sense and encouragement to exercise more would be wonderful... I really don't over eat or under eat anymore but I do enjoy one shot of mountain dew a day other than that its mainly water or some real lemonade i drink for my kidneys.
So I tripped over this site I hope it helps me get to my goals!

Congrats on your weight loss so far! I don't like walking alone either but I find it a lot more enjoyable to listen to music while I go for walks!
