Well I'm returning to weight loss after regaining all the previous weight that I had lost following South Beach. This time I am trialling Weight Watchers and have had some success already in my first week - 2.5 kilos! Thats 5.5 pounds for my American friends
While South Beach is an excellent way to lose weight, it constituted too much of a change from the way I had been eating immediately before recommitting this time. So Weight Watchers is a way to experiment with cleaner eating as I transition back into a healthier lifestyle.
I doubt anyone would remember me (I was never a very active poster) but I realised that previous times when I would start to go off-track were directly correlated with less time spent on 3FC. This time I am going to continue to stay on track by using the accountability of the forums (not so much for external support, although that's always welcome
but for my own personal accountability).
Oh, and I still really love this guy
