Starving on Herbalife

:dizzy: Hi im new to this website im hoping to find some help with this Herbalife diet. Im 42 weigh 225 and im 4'10 yes severely obese and i just started the Herbalife diet on Thursday I have lost 4lbs and was doing good but now that im on my fith day I am starving:(

I don't know much about it, but you might want to look at an alternative diet, like the South Beach Diet, or Weight Watchers. Herbalife sounds potentially very dangerous: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbalife#Adverse_effects

IDK anything about herbalife. But I will tell you that there is NO reason to starve!!! I eat to lose!!! Crazy I know but soo true! :) I will help in anyway I can!
