Hi everyone! I am gong to start my diet up again tomorrow. I lost 25 lbs but I haven't been able to get the rest off and ended up gaining back 3 pounds of what I lost. I am going to start tomorrow and try to lose the last 29 lbs. I have been trying and failing and feeling depressed about it. I am hoping to stick with it this time and lose the rest. I am here for support. I want to feel comfortable in my body again.
