I'm starting IP tomorrow w my chiro. I attended an info session last Wednesday and was so impressed I started thinking about what I could do to jump start my results.

Thursday I cut out sugar and most carbs and WOW am I miserable!! Headaches, stomach cramps- it's like PMS times 10. I'm totally committed and will get thru this stage. I do feel bad for my family though!!

I'm 5-9 and was 209 on Wednesday night. Just now I weighed in at 203. 6 lbs just by cutting sugar. I'm 39 yrs old and have never "dieted" before. I am a solid 16 and would like to be a size 10.

I'll be your IP buddy if you'd like! My goal Is 45-50 lbs.
