Smile New to lc eating
Hi everyone! I just started eating lc about a week ago and it's going great so far! I'm following Jorge Cruise's The Belly Fat Cure plan and have seen a 4lb loss so far. I've also started eating a lot healthier and have cut way back on my diet coke habit (and have just switched to diet coke with splenda). I'm excited to meet other lc followers, and everyone else here on the group!

Started Ideal protein Monday after being overweight for years! Going great so far - down 8 pounds! Sure I'll need encouragement to stick with it.
