Today I started my new routine: exercise!!
I went on a verrrry long walk with my sister and loved every minute of it!!
I can't wait for the new day tomorrow!
Anyways, would love to have some folks to chat and share successes and questions and issues, etc. I never really had a support group, so now's a good time to start with that.
