Hi!
I just thought I would introduce myself, seeing as how I just joined. My name is Adrian, I weigh 165 lbs, and I am looking to lose 40 pounds. I've been heavy most of my life, but I lost a lot of weight in junior high and high school and spent a couple of years in the 125 - 120 range. However, I gained it all back and then some in college. I'm not really sure how I'm going to go about losing the weight, but I recently started Couch to 5k and yoga, as well as using the food plans from mypyramid.gov. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone and figuring out this weight loss thing!
