Hey everyone, my name is Lee and I've been lurking around for a bit. Finally decided to join up!
I'm a 25 year old woman with about 40 lbs to lose. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, partially due to complications from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. While I managed to get to a healthy weight during my late teens, I gained a lot of weight after I met my husband and started eating like a 6'1 teenager.
I'm starting a lower carbohydrate diet, as recommended by my specialist, and am going to focus on getting more physical activity into my daily routine. Hoping to reach my goal in 5-6 months, but I'm also realistic and know it could take longer.
I'm excited to interact with you all and see everyone's progress!
