Hello and welcome. Glad you are starting on your weight loss journey in a healthful way!
I have a very busy lifestyle too but have found ways to manage it without resorting to fast food. BTW if there is a Jack in the Box in your area, they sell grilled chicken salads, which really do have healthful stuff in them instead of a lot of the fattening junk added by most fast food restaurants.
In your grocery store, try things such as the Starkist tuna foil packets (or there are also ones with salmon, etc.) Also GoGo Squeez applesauce is great for on the go. It is unsweetened and you just pop off the top and squeeze it into your mouth.. comes in several flavors. Also can get brown rice in precooked individual serving cups. And a lot of grocery stores sell pre-cut fruit and veggies in little containers. They cost a bit more than buying them whole but worth it and I find in the long run it costs no more than the way I used to eat because I am not buying any junk and very few processed foods.
Just a few thoughts. It takes some creative thinking but you can do it!! I wish you all the best.
